General Overview:

• Islington portfolio is comprised of five individual properties across the following three North London post codes: N19; N4; N7. 
• All of which are in the borders of the Islington local authority.  
• The majority of the properties are HMO licenced and let on a combined rent as ASTs.
• HMO is a house in multiple occupation, rented out by at least 3 people who are not from 1 ‘household’ (e.g. a family) but share facilities like the bathroom and kitchen (sometimes called a ‘house share’).

Overview of the Area: Islington is an uprising area in the northeast of London, becoming very popular area for young professionals because of its easy access to the city and to Soho. Also, the area is full with amenities and has lots of nice areas full with shops, pubs coffees and restaurants.

The three properties on Davenant street and the one Eden Grove are 3-minute walk to Upper Holloway Overground railway Station providing services into Warren Street within 18 minutes and a 9-minute walk from Archway London Underground station (Northern Line) providing services into Tottenham Court Road in 12 minutes.

The propriety in Crouch Hill is located directly opposite to Crouch Hill overground station and at short walk from Finsbury Park Interchange London Underground station (Victoria line) providing services into Victoria within 14 minutes.
