The hotel is a 274 room upper-midscale hotel in an excellent city centre location in the Heart of Newcastle City Centre.

• The property was constructed in 2003 and forms part of the mixed-use development in St James gate, Newcastle.
• The hotel is ideally situated within easy reach of all the cities major attractions. Eldon Square and The Gate shopping centres are a 10-minute walk away, St James Park, home of Newcastle United FC, is 15 minutes away, and The Centre for Life and Utilita Arena are neighbouring the hotel.
• The hotel provides 191 triple and 83 double bedrooms, and a 160-cover restaurant, 60 seat bar area and 9 air-conditioned meeting rooms with a breakout area across the first floor.
• The hotel was refurbished in Q1 2023 with a focus on the ground floor reception and F&B areas. The hotel offers a bar and restaurant on site.
