General Overview

• The Property is located 2 minutes’ walk from Gransden Ave Overground Station, providing a 9 minutes direct rail service to Liverpool Street Station and then another 12-minute to Tottenham Court Road Station.
• Hackney is the administrative center of the London Borough of Hackney, forming around two thirds of the area of the modern London Borough. London Fields is a park in Hackney, although the name also refers to the immediate area in Hackney surrounding it and London Fields station. It was once historically common land adjoining the Hackney Central area of the London Borough of Hackney. The park covers an area of 12.65 hectares and includes sporting and recreation facilities.
