Ziv Halfon

Ziv joined EEH Ventures in 2020 after years of working in different law firms that specialized in real estate and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Haifa University. Ziv has considerable experience in all aspects of asset and property management including the operational and development side of the portfolio with a specialization in commercial and multi occupied buildings.

Ziv’s experience with the market allows him to use his skills to add value to properties and maximize their potential. In his role, Ziv is in charge of the day to day operation of the Portfolio, resource allocation, lettings, and having the Portfolio abreast with the market.
